Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with usastussy. While we are delighted to have you as a customer, we understand that circumstances may change. To ensure a smooth experience, we have outlined our refund policy below.

Order Cancellations
We process orders promptly, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once packaging and shipping have commenced, cancellations are no longer possible. Please note that cancellations are subject to a fee of 6.9% + $1, which covers payment gateway, shipping, and platform processing costs.

Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. Provide photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect for verification. Once confirmed, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
    If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for either the missing items to be shipped or the return and replacement of incorrect items.

  • Dissatisfaction with the Product
    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect orders, contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and additional details about your dissatisfaction may be requested.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Authorization
    Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team for authorization. Returns without proper authorization may not be processed.

  • Return Shipping
    Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect order, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe return of items.

  • Condition of Returned Items
    All returned items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition, and must include all original tags and packaging. Refunds may be denied for items that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund Method
    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The processing time may vary based on your financial institution.

  • Partial Refunds
    In cases where only specific items in an order are eligible for a refund, partial refunds may be issued.

  • Non-Refundable Items
    Some items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) or custom-made products, are non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the product page at the time of purchase.
